Promise School is a Bangladesh-based learning platform for Class 6-12 students. We provide access to:

• NCTB (National Curriculum and Textbook Board) study materials and support
• Hobbycamp extracurricular and skill development courses
• Quizzes, exam preparation resources, and academic trackings
• Interactive features, videos, and tutor-led discussions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Age Requirements

If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the student's compliance with these Terms.

Certain services, including Hobbycamp courses and premium NCTB materials, may require payments.

Pricing & Payment Methods

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. We accept standard payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and local cards via our payment gateway partners. Payments are processed securely.

Refund Policy

Purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to a course, you may contact support. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

To maintain a safe and productive learning environment, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone else
• Copy, record, distribute, or resell any platform content (lectures, PDFs, exams)
• Harass, abuse, or use inappropriate language toward other users or instructors
• Upload or transmit harmful files, malware, or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's servers or networks

All content on the Platform, including text, videos, software, designs, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of Promise School or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content solely for your own personal educational use.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding academic outcomes, exam grades, or continuous availability of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promise School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without warning or liability, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
