Account & Data Deletion

Promise School allows users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data in compliance with Google Play User Data policies.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion request, we will permanently remove:

  • User profile information
  • Login credentials
  • Associated personal and educational data
  • App usage records linked to your account

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained temporarily or permanently if required:

  • For legal or regulatory compliance
  • For resolving disputes or enforcing policies
  • In anonymized form for analytics

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion using any one of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email from your registered email address to:

Include:

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request – Promise School
  • Registered email or phone number
  • User role (Student / Guardian / Teacher, if applicable)

Option 2: In-App Request

If available, navigate to:

Processing Time

  • Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • After deletion, you will not be able to recover your data
  • Re-registration will require creating a new account
